Jennifer Miller has over 10 years' higher education teaching experience in public policy at the University of Southern California, North Carolina State University, and UNC - Chapel Hill. She has received three grants for development of innovative teaching practices. She is currently working to advance open knowledge through a portfolio of projects in open data, open education, and open science.

You may recognize Jennifer as the "conference blogger" from FORCE2021. At FSCI2023, she will be presenting Logic Models: Program Planning and Evaluation for the Global Impact of Open Scholarship." At FSCI 2022, she presented the Open Syllabus project she developed with Open Education for a Better World (OE4BW) and recently presented at the first meeting of UNESCO Working Group on Open Science Capacity Building. She has also recently joined the board of FORCE11.

You may recognize Jennifer from Open Life Science, Creative Commons, or other open knowledge activities. She is also active in civic technology with Code for America.
